Question: I want to book a party but dont have time to visit the store or don't have the $50.00 deposit untill next week? |
Answer:Simple, give us a call we can do a tentative booking this holds the date you want for 7 days. After that we require the booking form returned and the deposit paid. |

Question: How much is the party deposit & when do I pay? |
Answer: LAYGO Party deposits are $50.00. This is payable within 7 days of tentatively booking your party to secure your date. |

| Question: What is the maximum nuimber of children allowed at a party? |
| Answer: maximum of 16 and a minimum of 10 |

| Question: can I bring food for the party , I really feel we need food especialy for parents? |
| Answer: No.. however we will allow you to bring one (1) small plate of food for parents that are staying. But please remember at LAYGO our parties do not focus on food at all.. children have too much fun playing with the LEGO parts therefore the only allocated time for food is when we do the birthday cake and sing happy birthday and children will be busy eating birthday cake at this time.. The important thing to remember is a LEGO party goes for 1.5 hours do you want them to spend this time eating party junk food or playing with LEGO. |

| Question:: We have a younger sibling that we want to bring along what can we do? |
| Answer: We understand that the person having the birthday party may have younger relatives that are 3 years of age and younger.. They are quite welcome to attend, however because LEGO pieces are so small and hazardous to younger children those children can play with larger DUPLO Pieces during the party and that is if they are very closely supervised by an adult. We do not charge for children of this age bracket because they are not involved directly in the party. However, So that the younger children do not miss out completely, junior lolly bags are available to be purchased at an extra charge of $4.50 per bag we will also include an age appropriate prize in pass the parcel and a packet of chips. CHILDREN 3 OR UNDER ARE NOT PERMITTED TO PLAY WITH THE SMALLER LEGO PIECES AT A PARTY. For Liability reasons no more than 4 juniors are allowed at a party. |

| Question:: My son is celebrating his 4th birthday and he loves LEGO can he have his party at LAYGO? |
| Answer: Because LEGO is known for having small parts LAYGO has a strict policy that parties are limited to children celebrating their 5th birthday or older. Becuase 3 year olds are not allowed to play with the smaller LEGO pieces and 4 year olds still have friends that are 3 years old. |

| Question: My Child has allergies what can you do to help? |
Answer:Because LAYGO is NOT a food oriented party venue this is not normally an issue due to the fact there is only minimal food anyway but LAYGO does has a file with all our party bag and food ingredients in it so you can see if there will be any issues and as for the Birthday cake you can supply yourself to meet your childs needs. We can also discuss this over the phone when you call us to book your party. We can also swap chips for popcorn if children cannot have chips. But please remember at LAYGO our parties do not focus on food at all.. children have to much fun playing therefore the only allocated time for food is when we do the birthday cake and sing happy birthday and children will be busy eating birthday cake at this time.. Our main focus is the LEGO not the food. |

| Question: when do I have to let you know how many children will be attending? |
| Answer: We ask you to call us 48hours prior to your party, so that we can cater for the right amount of children. |

| Answer: No problems at all although you will be charged our minimum requirement of 10 children. |
